Custom Home #4
A large-scale dual fuel HVAC system engineered for performance, ventilation, and whole-home comfort across more than 5,700 square feet.
This 2025 new construction project required a fully integrated HVAC design capable of supporting a high-performance custom home with advanced ventilation demands and multi-system temperature control. Advantage Service Group managed the complete design-build process, including engineered load calculations, custom HVAC drawings, and all associated county permitting as a licensed Class A Mechanical contractor.
The Foundation of a High-Performance New Construction HVAC System
Complete design-build engineering
Every system was designed specifically for the 5,741 sq. ft. home to ensure proper equipment sizing, balanced airflow, and long-term operating efficiency.
Two complete Trane dual fuel systems
The project included two Trane dual fuel HVAC systems, combining electric heat pump performance with gas heating support for greater efficiency and cold-weather reliability.
Advanced dual fuel efficiency
Dual fuel technology automatically adjusts between energy sources based on outdoor conditions, helping improve comfort while reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
Custom sheet-metal ductwork fabrication
ASG designed and installed custom sheet-metal duct systems with insulated branch ductwork to improve airflow consistency, reduce energy loss, and support long-term durability.
Whole-home airflow balancing
The duct system was engineered to evenly distribute conditioned air throughout the home while minimizing hot and cold spots between living areas.
Commercial kitchen ventilation integration
The home included a commercial-style kitchen exhaust and intake air system designed to properly manage airflow, maintain pressure balance, and support safe operation.
