Custom Home #6
A large-scale residential HVAC system engineered for balanced airflow, energy efficiency, and dependable comfort across more than 5,200 square feet.
This 2025 new construction project required a complete HVAC design tailored to a custom home with advanced airflow and ventilation demands. Advantage Service Group handled the full design-build scope, including engineered load calculations, custom HVAC drawings, and all associated county permitting as a licensed Class A Mechanical contractor.
The Foundation of a High-Performance Custom HVAC System
Complete design-build engineering
The HVAC system was fully engineered around the 5,288 sq. ft. home to ensure proper equipment sizing, balanced airflow, and efficient long-term performance.
Two Trane 2-stage HVAC systems
The home was equipped with two complete Trane 2-stage HVAC systems designed to deliver more precise temperature control, quieter operation, and improved energy efficiency.
Two-stage comfort technology
By operating at varying output levels based on demand, the systems help maintain more consistent indoor temperatures while reducing system wear and energy consumption.
Custom sheet-metal ductwork fabrication
ASG designed and installed custom sheet-metal duct systems with insulated branch ducts to improve airflow performance, minimize energy loss, and support long-term durability.
Whole-home airflow balancing
The duct layout was engineered to distribute conditioned air evenly throughout the home, helping eliminate uneven temperatures between rooms and living spaces.
Integrated ventilation systems
The HVAC design included five bathroom exhaust systems, one kitchen exhaust system, and dedicated dryer venting to support healthy airflow and proper moisture control throughout the home.
