Custom Home #7
A fully integrated HVAC system designed to support a remodeled home with two new additions and multi-level comfort control.
This 2025 renovation project required a custom HVAC approach capable of blending new construction performance into an existing home while maintaining efficient airflow and balanced temperatures across multiple living areas. Advantage Service Group managed the complete design-build process, including engineered load calculations, custom HVAC drawings, and all associated county permitting as a licensed Class A Mechanical contractor.
The Foundation of a Multi-Level Comfort System
Complete design-build engineering
Every aspect of the HVAC system was designed specifically for the 1,505 sq. ft. remodel and additions to ensure proper airflow, equipment sizing, and efficient long-term operation.
High-efficiency Goodman heat pump system
The project included one complete Goodman heat pump HVAC system designed to provide dependable year-round heating and cooling with energy-conscious performance.
Custom sheet-metal ductwork fabrication
ASG designed and installed sheet-metal ductwork with insulated branch ducts to improve airflow consistency, reduce energy loss, and support quieter operation throughout the home.
EMC zoning integration
The system included EMC zoning controls to independently manage comfort between the first and second floors, helping maintain balanced temperatures across both existing and newly added spaces.
Designed for remodel transitions
Partial remodels and additions often create airflow challenges between old and new construction areas. The HVAC design was engineered to integrate both seamlessly for more consistent comfort throughout the property.
Integrated ventilation systems
The project included four bathroom exhaust systems and one kitchen exhaust system to support indoor air quality, moisture control, and proper airflow management.
