Loudoun County Custom Addition
A compact, high-efficiency HVAC system designed to deliver year-round comfort for a modern home addition.
This 2024 addition project required a tailored heating and cooling solution capable of maintaining consistent comfort within a newly expanded living space while maximizing efficiency and performance. Advantage Service Group managed the full design-build process, including engineered load calculations, custom HVAC drawings, and all required county permits as a licensed Class A Mechanical contractor.
The Foundation of an Efficient Addition HVAC System
Complete design-build engineering
Every aspect of the HVAC system was engineered specifically for the 735 sq. ft. addition to ensure proper airflow, equipment sizing, and long-term comfort performance.
18 SEER Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system
A high-efficiency Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump was selected to provide reliable heating and cooling performance even during colder Virginia winter conditions.
Cold-weather heat pump technology
The Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system is designed to maintain strong heating capacity in low outdoor temperatures, making it ideal for year-round comfort and energy efficiency.
Custom ductwork integration
ASG designed and installed associated ductwork to distribute conditioned air evenly throughout the addition while maintaining balanced system performance.
Energy-conscious system design
By pairing advanced inverter-driven equipment with properly engineered airflow, the system delivers quieter operation, lower energy consumption, and more precise temperature control.
